You have two medical plan options through Aetna: The Traditional PPO Plan and The Deductible Plan.

Several in-network independent participating labs, such as Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp, offer enhanced services, including online appointment scheduling and direct access to results. They may even save you a trip by picking up your specimen at your doctor’s office. Understanding your options is important in helping you make the right decisions about your care. If you have questions about using an independent lab, call the Member Services number on your ID card. Please note that online prescriptions are filled through CVS Caremark.

Group Term Life

Life insurance can be an important part of your personal safety net. Eligible employees automatically receive Basic Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance paid equal to 100% of annual earnings up to a $50,000. This benefit is provided at no cost to employees.

Short Term Disability

If you experience an accident or injury that prevents you from working more than a few days, you may be eligible for Short Term Disability (STD) benefits that help replace your weekly income.
